The North Bahamas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Andreaz Burrows, a senior at Grand Bahama Academy, who recently returned home victorious after being named the 2026 Junior Achievement Bahamas National Speech Winner.
This prestigious accomplishment highlights Andreaz’s dedication, confidence, and ability to communicate ideas that inspire and influence others. His success reflects not only personal excellence but also the strength of the educational and leadership opportunities available to young people in our community.
In addition to his success in public speaking, Andreaz serves as the President of his Junior Achievement company, GB Shipyard ARMY, which is proudly sponsored by Grand Bahama Shipyard Company Ltd.. In this role, he leads his peers in developing entrepreneurial skills, innovation, and teamwork; qualities that will undoubtedly serve him well in the future.
Andreaz is also deeply involved in ministry. At Shiloh Seventh-day Adventist Church, he faithfully serves as the Communication and Audio/Visual Leader, using his technical skills and creativity to support the mission of the church and enhance the worship experience.
Andreaz’s accomplishments reflect the powerful combination of faith, leadership, and dedication. His example reminds us of the importance of nurturing the gifts and talents that God places within our young people.
